'Zero Hour' is a mission in Destiny 2, which you must complete to obtain Outbreak Perfected, an exotic pulse rifle, which is a remaster of Outbreak Prime, a SIVA enhanced pulse rifle from Destiny 1. I just don’t really know what’s going on here, and it would be nice for Bungie to chime in with a comment about this, as we have nothing for ages now about the state of these catalysts and why they continue to be missing.
I know that these three weapons are not exactly meta right now, but as this season has proven, weapons can go from zero to 60 real fast with sandbox buffs or seasonal mods, so who knows when they might be relevant again (and if you ask me, Outbreak is always fun no matter what).
If that’s not happening, then it’s just a matter of reprogramming the catalyst to no longer require heroic completions of those missions, only kills, and then assigning them to drop…wherever you want.
